Every trailer sent to a pharma pickup passes the same checklist, and the check is logged with date, time and name.
Swept, washed and dry
Swept out, washed when needed and fully dry before every pharma load. No residue, debris or water.
Odour-free and pest-free
Checked for smells, insects and rodents. A trailer that fails is cleaned again or swapped.
Light and leak tested
Doors closed, no daylight through the roof, walls or door seals. No holes, no water leaks.
Previous load checked
No pharma behind freight that leaves dust, residue or smell, such as scrap, waste or loose bulk.

Ambient, planned by season
Dry vans for room-temperature products. In summer and winter we plan pickup and delivery times to limit time in extreme heat or cold. Your temperature logger rides where you want it and comes back with the paperwork.
Handled as you ship it
Pallets kept upright, no double-stacking unless you approve it, load bars or straps on every load and no mixed freight in your trailer.
Counted and checked
Pallet count and wrap condition checked at pickup and noted on the bill of lading. Any shortage or damage is reported to you the same day.
Returns and rejected loads
Refused or returned product comes back in the same trailer, handled the same way, to the location you choose.
Before you book
Do you have refrigerated trailers?
No. CFX runs 53' dry vans for products shipped at ambient temperature. Tell us your temperature range and we'll tell you honestly if we're the right fit.
Will you sign our quality agreement?
Send us your carrier requirements, questionnaire or quality agreement. We'll review it with you, confirm what we already do and agree on anything extra before the first load.
Can we audit you?
Yes. You're welcome to review our cleaning logs and procedures or visit our yard.
